Minimal viable product

Even if you have an idea you’re passionate about, your resources are probably limited, so you don’t want to waste your time and money building a product no one will want to use or pay for. To avoid building a full product just to find out errors in your assumptions, you can build a minimal viable product (MVP) first, which is the absolute bare minimum service or product that will allow you to get users and clients so you could see if you need to change or tweak something. This lecture covers how to plan your product and development process so that you could spend your resources as little as possible in order to test and validate your ideas.
